ALSO, MAKE SURE THAT THE INMATE HAS MAGAZINE PRIVILEGES. WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING FOR RETURNED MAGAZINES.
*Please understand that USPS, UPS, and FedEx are a separate entity and we have no control over the physical delivery of your package. We can only see and go by the estimates provided by them. If a package does not arrive by the USPS, UPS, or FedEx expected delivery date, we will not issue a refund unless the package appears to be lost. If their tracking shows the package to be delivered and you have not received it, you will need to contact your local post office, UPS or FedEx facility. Unfortunately, there is not much we can do to help in those situations.
