A 1-Year subscription to Bully Girl Magazine come with 6-Printed Issues, shipped on a bi-monthly basis. New issues are released on January 1st, March 1st, May 1st, July 1st, September 1st, and November 1st.

Shipping to an inmate or correctional institution is easy! Simply enter the first name in the appropriate box. Then enter the last name with their INMATE ID NUMBER immediately after on the same line. Then continue to fill out the rest of the shipping info as usual. Please also make sure to include the name of the prison or correctional institution that we will be shipping to.

We typically ship out our most current issue as soon as we process your subscription order. However, our 1-Year Subscription includes 6 magazines, that ship out on January 1st, March 1st, May 1st, July 1st, September 1st, and November 1st, so if your subscription falls a few days before one of those dates we will sometimes wait and just ship the upcoming issue.

Also, subscription shipping can take up to 7 business days to reach an inmate facility or correctional institution.

In order to exchange any clothing item for a different size, simply contact us by clicking the link below, and explain what and why you need to exchange. Please include your order number in the email.

Once we have confirmed that your exchange can be made, you will need to ship the item(s) back to us at the following address:

Once we have received your item(s), and confirmed that they are in good condition we will ship out your exchange. However, if you are attempting to exchange items that you have damaged, we can not accept them. We will end up sending you back your originally purchased item(s) at that point.

The first step is to contact us by clicking the link below. All clothing items are not always eligible for a refund. 

When you purchase any clothing item from us you have 15 days from the delivery date to contact us about a return. Refunds can not and will not be given after a customer has had any clothing item for longer than 15 days. Refunds are also not available for any items that were purchased ON SALE. (ex. Black Friday Sale, Christmas Sale, etc.) These items have been marked way down and are final sale only.

If after contacting us, we determine that your item is eligible for a return and refund. You will need to ship your item(s) to us at the following address:

Any item being returned for a refund MUST be in the same condition we shipped it to you in. All items are checked for damage and defects before shipping. If we receive your return and it is damage or defective in any way, a refund will not be credited to you, and your items will be shipped back to you.
