White Line Kennels: XL Bully Breeder in Florida

White Line Kennels: XL Bully Breeder in Florida | BGM Warehouse

State your name, your kennel, and where your kennel is located.

We are Diana Jimenez and Cain Jimenez of the White Line Kennels. Our kennel is located in Lakeland, Florida.

What type of dogs do you breed, and what inspired you to get involved with that particular breed?

Our breed of choice is XL Bullies. I got involved with this breed when I started going to the bully dog shows years ago.

What is your favorite bloodline?

I like a couple of Bloodlines, but I like the RBG bloodline best for myself.

In your opinion, what are the characteristics of a responsible dog breeder?

A responsible dog breeder will give a lot of attention to their dogs. They will train, behavior train, and care for the dog’s wellbeing.

What type of diet do you keep your dogs on throughout the year?

We give the dogs raw meat with dry food, and I add a mixture of fruits and vegetables.

How many times a day do you feed your dogs?

We feed the puppies 3 to 4 times a day. The adults older than age one eat one time a day with treats throughout the day.

How do you keep your dogs in shape throughout the year?

I have a couple of dogs, so I work out some each day. I take them to run, and I add weight to pull when they are running. They also have their playtime and take them for walks.

Walk us through the process of purchasing a pup from White Line Kennels from start to finish.

I do one litter a year. This gives me the option to choose a better home for them. Before the litter is born, most of the litter is already reserved.

Do you currently show any of your dogs?

I don't show them right now, but I am getting ready to do so.

What advice does White Line Kennels have for any upcoming breeders?

You have to inform yourself about the breed you are interested in and decide on your main goals. If you want a good program, you will need good strong bloodlines to get results. You have to keep in mind that dogs are like babies. They will always require your help in feeding, cleaning, exercising, etc.

What do you think is the most difficult thing for people in the bully game to overcome?

My point of view is that some people have more dogs than they can handle. Taking on more than they can chew makes you lose focus or give up on them. They need the right environment and time from you.

How do you think they can overcome this problem?

Start with one or two dogs, but no more than you can handle. Going to the bullies’ dog shows helps me, so people see my dogs in person. Associate your dogs with positive activities like spending time with families, kids and exercising often.

Who do you look up to in the bully game, and why?

I look up to BOSSY Kennels because they produce very good quality. I also look up to TOPDOG BULLIES. I like their kennels because it motivates me to set up, and you can make it possible.

Tell us about one of White Line Kennels main goals for 2022.

My goal for 2022 is to finish the kennels I have right now and do another documentary with BEASTLY to present my new installation.

Describe how you would want things, in the bully breed Community, to be 10 years from now.

In this community, I would like more respect and accountability with breeds. Also, making sure that litters go to good homes.

What separates White Line Kennels from the competition?

What separates me from other kennels is that I don't see this as a competition, or others are competition.

What other hobbies or interests do you take part in?

I work in the construction industry, and I like and enjoy spending time with my family.

What do you think of Bully Girl Magazine?

I like Bully Girl Magazine because they share good and positive information about the breeds.
